End User License Agreement

1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SMS Forwarder for the use of the SMS Forwarder mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
3. License Restrictions
You shall not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by SMS Forwarder and are protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Slack, Telegram, Discord). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
9. Apple-Specific Terms
This EULA is between you and SMS Forwarder, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
