By downloading, installing, or using SMS Forwarder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SMS Forwarder is an iOS application that enables users to automatically forward incoming SMS and text messages to various destinations including Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, other phone numbers, and custom webhooks.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the App for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity
- Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to forward messages
- Maintain the security of your third-party service credentials
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
- Use the App to violate any third-party rights
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
6. In-App Purchases
SMS Forwarder may offer optional in-app purchases ("Pro" features). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to lost messages, missed notifications, or data loss.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
