How to Forward Text Messages to Email

Forward SMS messages directly to any email address automatically.

Introduction

Email is the simplest forwarding destination. Forward every SMS to your inbox — great for archiving, sharing with colleagues, or accessing texts from any device.

Step 1: Open SMS Forwarder

Launch the SMS Forwarder app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Add Email Destination

1. Tap Add Destination
2. Select Email
3. Enter the email address where you want messages forwarded
4. Tap Save

Step 3: Set Up Automation

Follow the in-app setup guide to enable iOS Shortcuts automation. This allows the app to forward messages automatically as they arrive.
